Netheravon Terrace E, 25 - 27 Nov 2008
Day 1:
It was 2.30pm, James and his family came in their lorry to meet the other 13 of us(Alan, Bryant, Chin Yuan, Choon Lin, Choon Sze, Chris, Chu Ming, Duncan, LeBron, Lloyd, Mcgrady, Suping and Theresah) at St George. We were then driven to Changi, while James was dropped off halfway to go for his tennis competition. Upon reaching, the 13 of us met Alwn, Nash and AsakuraHao who went there in Nash's dad's cab. James' family then went off. The chalet was HUGE(compared to the one at Downtown East><)! It is a 2-storey terrace house, with a living room, 3 bedrooms, a kitchen, a storeroom, 2 bathrooms and a toilet. Some prepared the kitchen, some cleaned the house and some played around. In the evening, Arif and Mr Ghosty came. Then, Mr Cowz came. Then, James along with his parents came. His parents stayed for the BBQ, and went off after that at night. Food prepared in the kitchen was delicious, and food prepared by BBQ was scrumptious! (Chu Ming's parents came at night for I don't know what reasons.)
Day 2:
It was the midnight of Day 1, some mahjonged, some chit-chatted and some watched incredible tales. Dawn broke, and some of the boys prepared breakfast. Breakfast was splendid although it only consisted of bread, egg, hashbrown and cheese. Then, Alan, Chin Yuan and Choon Sze left. Later, many had instant noodles for lunch. Nash then left. In the afternoon, we played captain's ball. The rain came and go, came and go. The rain eventually went off and Lloyd also went off. Dusk broke, and some of the boys ordered McDelivery, while the girls and 1 or 2 boys prepared dinner for the rest. Dinner was awesome, fried rice, eggs, hotdogs and luncheon meat... Sorry Arif!
Day 3:
It was the last day, and we tried hard to survive through midnight. Mahjong, talk cock, sing song, blah blah blah... At approximately 6am, Mr Cow left. Everyone left in the chalet then slept for awhile. Lloyd came at approximately 8.30am, and helped clean the house. Breakfast was not made because of the limited supply of food. By 9am, most of us woke up. At 10am, some of us went for a tour at Old Changi Hospital, and went back at 10.30am. Alwn and AsakuraHao then went home first. The rest played a few captain's ball games. Chalet was over... We bus-ed to Tampines, and took a small group photo. Then some went home, while some went for breakfast/lunch. Bryant, Chris, Lloyd and James even played bumper cars at Uncle Ringo's funfair at around 1.30pm! Kind of memorable huh?
I have a few conclusions and opinions on this chalet.
- Mahjong is a must, because it is the most played game in the chalet.
- There are insufficient beds. At 6am of day 3, it was 13 people sleeping on 4 single beds upstairs with LeBron sleeping alone on the queen size bed downstairs...
- Too much certain food, too little certain food.
- There was slight boys-girls seperation, but it can't be helped, really...
- Chalet was over in a blink of an eye. Time really flies.
- A single regret: We didn't take a full-group photo. (Are there any more chances?)
Chalet was superb all-in-all and I sincerely hope there would be another one before we embark on our JC/Poly/Secondary/Retainee(touch wood, LOL) life... We sincerely thank each other for the fun we had.

Some are complaining about this blog being dead, which is obviously not the case.
While, others are complaining about the end of O' level examinations. What does it mean for those people? It means, game over. We'll be back on the court, raiding courts and killing everyone's hoops. Now, even prayers won't help.
For the first group of complainers, you will have no more complaints. For the second group, all you can do is wait...
