April 9, 2009.
It was a cloudy night. Bryant, James, McGrady and Nash were slacking on the playground ground at Boon Keng. We then went home from there at approximately 10pm. Bryant, James and McGrady went one way, and Nash another way.
With full bladders, Bryant, James and McGrady decided to go to the toilet outside Boon Keng MRT before going home. After finishing their businesses, they headed towards the escalator leading to B1 of the MRT Station.
Unsurprisingly, the 3 of them saw Nash just outside McDonald's. Surprisingly, Nash talked to a passerby.
Nash: Excuse me.
Passerby: (Stopped walking)
Nash: Can you give me 10 cents? I need to make an urgent phone call.
Passerby: (Takes 10 cents out of his LV wallet, puts it into Nash's hands, and walks away)
Nash: Thanks.
Nash then proceeded into McDonald's and got himself a McChicken.
This statement is indeed so true: A hungry man is a shameless man.
